4. Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Warranty and Repairs

We offer a 3 month warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Repairs outside the warranty period may be subject to additional charges.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
